Resident Programs 

This community offers Resident Services Programming with an Imagine Housing case manager. When you choose to live at Terrace Hill, you have access to a diverse team of skilled professionals and community partners that deliver individualized support to meet you where you are and to create a place to call home. These services are optional and available to all residents.

Case Managers can:  

• Help residents with basic needs supplies, such as hygiene and cleaning supplies 
• Connect residents to community health and social services, education, healthcare, and employment partners 
• Provide information about and referrals for community resources  
• Assist with the completion of paperwork 
• Build a sense of community through group events 
• Foster sustainable housing by supporting safe and stable home environments 
• Facilitate questions and support regarding lease agreements
